Fides signed a contract in May, 2017 to upgrade retailer network of a major telecom company with a new and enhanced cloud based solution.
Some of the key modules included were disowning subscribers, mobile number portability, bio-metric re-verification, PTCL verification, mobile financial services, promos, surveys, reporting and business intelligence.
The system was successfully completed and fully functional in December, 2017. It is available to 500+ retailers throughout the country. Fides Team is now working on phase II of the project, which is expected to be completed soon.
